ABC applications and exhibits, file papers, post 30 day notice on property, complete 500 residential mailing labels when applicable (separate charge of $1.37 per actual mailed piece), effect publishing when applicable, complete affidavits and interface with ABC as necessary.  File for PCN (Caldera) where required. Postings outside of buildings are not advised and will be laminated only on request.  Additional time and mileage charges will apply at above rates for re-posting property when reported removed by parties unknown.
Outside Fees not included in above packages:
City, County and State filing or other fees (billed at cost). Requested FedEx shippingt charges billed at cost. ABC publishing billed at cost. fish & Game Fee advanced for client on request will be billed at cost plus $25.00 handling fee. Completion and recording of Covenant & Agreement when required by conditions of approval for L.A. County' flat fee of $350.00 including recording fees and notary fees. Oamination of hearing notice or 30 day notice at cost plus $25.00 handling fee. Any outside ABC or other fees not specified herein will be advised before being advanced to any agency on your behalf.
